The Opportunity

Trippas White Group has a proud history of providing boutique and exceptional hospitality services to guests, and we are seeking an enthusiastic Barista who thrives in a fast-paced, fun and customer-focused environment.

As a Barista, you will play an key role in creating memorable guest experiences by preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering exceptional customer service. Working as part of a supportive team, you will help ensure smooth daily operations across our busy restaurant Megal .

To ensure your success in this role, you will have:

n

n
- Previous barista experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment
n
- Ability to prepare high-quality coffee consistently and efficiently
n




- Strong customer service and communication skills
n
- Experience using POS systems
n
- A positive, reliable, and team-focused approach
n
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
n
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays
n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Preparing and serving coffee, beverages, and light menu items
n
- Delivering friendly and efficient customer service
n
- Taking orders and processing transactions via POS
n
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-stocked work area
n
- Supporting daily café operations, including opening and closing duties
n
- Working collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams
n
