Site Manager – Residential Construction Eastern Suburbs | Projects up to $20M | $180K + Super

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established residential construction team delivering high-quality projects across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.

n

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Site Manager who enjoys taking ownership of projects from site establishment through to completion, with project values of up to $20 million.

n

The Role

n

Reporting to the Project Manager/Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to a high standard.

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

n
- Managing all site activities from commencement through to completion
n
- Leading and coordinating subcontractors, trades and site personnel
n
- Managing programme, sequencing and daily site operations
n
- Maintaining high standards of quality, safety and workmanship
n
- Coordinating with Project Managers, consultants, architects and clients
n
- Monitoring site costs, variations and resources
n
- Managing inspections, defects and project handover
n
- Ensuring WHS requirements and site procedures are consistently maintained
n




- Driving productivity and maintaining project timelines
n

About You

n

We are looking for a Site Manager with strong residential construction experience and the confidence to take ownership of significant projects.

n

You will ideally have:

n

n
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within residential construction
n
- Experience delivering projects valued up to $20M
n
- Strong knowledge of construction methodology, programming and site management
n
- Excellent subcontractor and trade management skills
n
- Strong understanding of WHS and quality requirements
n
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
n
- A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach
n
- Relevant construction qualifications and/or licenses
n
