Delivery Manager - Salesforce, Agile, Jira - State Government

Adelaide-based with hybrid working arrangements

A leading South Australian organisation is looking to engage an experienced Delivery Manager to lead day-to-day delivery coordination, planning and execution across a major digital transformation program. The successful Delivery Manager will work across Salesforce, Data, Integration, Platform, Testing and Change teams to drive delivery discipline and ensure program outcomes remain on track.

The successful Delivery Manager will play a key role in maintaining the integrated delivery schedule, managing dependencies and critical path activities, and improving visibility and confidence across program delivery.

The successful Delivery Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to:

n

- Maintain integrated schedules and delivery plans.
n
- Manage dependencies, risks and critical paths.
n
- Lead Agile ceremonies and delivery forums.
n
- Coordinate sprint and release activities.
n




- Improve delivery forecasting and reporting.
n
- Drive effective adoption of Jira and delivery tools.
n

The successful Delivery Manager will have experience in the following:

n

n
- Demonstrated Delivery Manager experience in complex transformations.
n
- Strong Agile and hybrid delivery experience.
n
- Experience managing schedules and dependencies.
n
- Robust delivery forecasting and reporting skills.
n
- Advanced Jira, Confluence and Smartsheet experience.
n
- Excellent stakeholder and governance management skills.
n
- Experience delivering Salesforce, data, integration or enterprise platform initiatives will be highly regarded.
