About the Appointment
n
As Financial Controller, you will lead the finance function across several entities and be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team.
n
This is a broad, hands-on role covering people leadership, financial operations, reporting, audit, FP&A;, commercial decision support and process improvement.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
- Oversee month-end, year-end and statutory reporting requirements
n
- Manage a small team,
including shared resources
n
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
n
- Partner with senior leadership on strategy, performance and decision-making
n
- Provide financial oversight of major projects and business initiatives
n
- Manage cash flow forecasting
n
- Coordinating audit processes, liaising with internal and external stakeholders
n
- Maintain strong financial controls, governance and compliance
n
- Identify opportunities to improve, automate and streamline processes
n
- Work closely with stakeholders across the broader Group
n
n
About You
n
This position is more than simply reporting on the numbers. You will be a commercially minded finance leader who can balance being operationally hands-on with providing strategic support to the organisation.
n
Ideally, you will bring:
n
n
- CA/CPA qualification
n
- 5+ years' in a similar role
n
- A hands-on approach with the ability to operate strategically
n
- Strong budgeting, forecasting and management accounting capability
n
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders
n
- Knowledge of IFRS, financial controls and governance
n
- Solid analytical and systems capability
n
