- Salary circa$117k + super
n
- Full-timenight shifts (10–12 hours), approx. 7pm–7am
n
- Rolling roster Wed-Sat Nightweek 1, Thu-Sat Night week 2.

- Roving role - Travel across Sydney locations where requried (car required)

The role

n

You'll provide protected, evidence-based clinical care and leadership across a network of small aged care homes, supporting residents - many living with dementia - to live with dignity, connection, and purpose.

n

On shift, you'll complete clinical assessments, manage medications, monitor risk, respond to changing or complex needs, and document accurately using digital systems.



You'll also provide after-hours phone/telehealth guidance to other sites when needed, with escalation pathways and on-call support in place.

You may also be required to cover occasional weekday day shifts (9am–5pm) for annual leave relief.

Requirements

- CurrentAHPRAregistration as a Registered Nurse (no restrictions)
n
- Australian working rights
n
- Current Australian driver licence and access to a car
n
- NDIS Worker Screening(or willingness to obtain)
n
- Strong clinical judgement, calm decision-making, and confident documentation
n
- Flexibility for nights, weekends and public holidays
n
