Goulburn Valley Health is seeking a Divisional Operations Director Womens and Childrens / Director of Midwifery. This senior role, reporting to the COO, will define and lead maternity and midwifery services across the organisation from GV Health's Shepparton site.

You will shape strategy, lead service development and champion woman-centred care, with a focus on governance, quality and safety in a culturally diverse regional setting.
