Stride Mental Health in Geelong is seeking a part time clinician to deliver evidence-based clinical care and manage cases within a multidisciplinary team. You will support young people accessing primary care, mental healthcare and social services, including biopsychosocial assessment, referrals, crisis management and discharge planning.

Role requires clinical services delivery, high-level communication, and willingness to work one evening per week; WWCC and NDIS screening may be required.
