Your New Role
n
The Pool Lifeguard is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all aquatic facility users by maintaining vigilant supervision, preventing incidents, and responding swiftly and effectively to emergencies. This role also supports the delivery of a positive customer experience through professional conduct, transparent communication, and the promotion of safe aquatic practices. About You
n

- Hold a current Pool Lifeguard Certificate (or willing to obtain)
n
- Hold a current First Aid and CPR certificate (or willing to obtain)
n
- Experience in a similar role is highly desirable
n
- Hold a Pool Plant Operators Certificate and a Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety Certificate is highly desirable but not essential
n
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders
n
- Demonstrated capacity to remain composed and make clear decisions in high-pressure or emergency situations
n
- Demonstrated ability to maintain focused during shifts and detect early signs of distress or rule violations.
