Occupational Therapist - Team Leader - Sydney

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist looking for a current opportunity to lead a team of multi-disc team professionals. THE ROLE:

n

n
- Completing high-quality NDIS assessments and intervention services
n




- Developing reports and intervention plans that are forward thinking and efficient
n
- Guide and develop your team whilst assisting them on a day to day basis with challenges that arise
n
- Deliver training, induction and supervision when required
n

n

SELECTION CRITERIA:

n

n
- Qualification in Occupational Therapy
n
- Passion to lead and help other staff members grow!
n
- At least 2 years NDIS experience or exposure
n
- Experience in assistive technology
n
- Valid National Police Clearance
n
- Full AHPRA registration
n
- Ability to build rapport quickly & maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
n
- Can work autonomously
n
- Problem solving, prioritising & time management skills
n
