The Opportunity

n

As our Business Development Manager, you'll be working directly across channel networks — agent partners, land estates, and investor groups — selling H&L; packages and driving volume across Victoria's fastest-growing corridors.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Build strong relationships with channel agents, land estates, and investment partners
n
- Present H&L; packages with confidence — pricing, timelines, inclusions, specs
n
- Manage inbound and outbound opportunities with high activity and consistency
n




- Maintain accurate CRM data, paperwork and compliance
n
- Work closely with leadership, drafting and operations teams to ensure strong deal flow
n
- Identify new channel opportunities and contribute to growth planning
n
- Attend partner meetings, site visits, and industry events
n

What You Bring

n

- A strong desire to succeed and grow in the building/property industry
n
- New home or channel sales experience preferred (not essential)
n
- Clear communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Ability to manage multiple deals with discipline and follow-through
n
- Admin accuracy — CRM, paperwork, compliance
n
- Monday–Friday
