An exciting prospect has opened up to deliver a suite of agriculture policy and program priorities focusing on workforce attraction and industry leadership development for priority cohorts, including young farmers and rural women.

n

The successful candidate will have highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal, understanding of the needs of diverse cohorts, a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration, a high level of initiative and confidence when dealing with others and a high level of motivation to deliver project outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications

- A relevant tertiary degree would be well regarded.
n

n

This is a fixed term position available for a period of 3 years. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.

n
