We're now searching for exceptional, experienced Lash & Brow Artists to join our team, with current opportunities available now at our Oakleigh, Berwick and new Brighton salon, and further employment opportunities at Mt Eliza, Moonee Ponds and Geelong.

For the right person, opportunities may also be available across other Lash Envy Melbourne locations.

THE PERSON WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're not looking for someone who simply wants to "do lashes."

We're looking for a powerhouse beauty professional who wants to build a career.

You are someone who:

- Has proven experience performing eyelash extensions and/or professional brow services
n
- Takes enormous pride in the quality of your work
n
- Is genuinely passionate about lashes, brows, beauty and emerging industry trends
n
- Loves creating an exceptional client experience
n
- Is confident, warm, professional and highly reliable
n
- Brings positive energy into a team environment
n
- Is motivated by goals, growth and becoming better at what you do

- Values feedback, education and continued development

- Wants to build a strong, loyal clientele

- Understands that exceptional service goes beyond the treatment itself
n
- Is organised, punctual and takes ownership of their role

- Has the flexibility to work during our busiest trading periods, including evenings and Saturdays

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Depending on your experience and qualifications, services may include:

- Classic Lash Extensions
n
- Hybrid Lash Extensions
n
- Volume Lash Extensions
n
- Wispy, Wet Look and current lash styling techniques
n
- Lash Lifts
n
- Brow Sculpting
n
- Brow Dye and Hybrid Dye
n
- Brow Lamination
n
- Client consultations and personalised lash and brow styling
n
- Building and maintaining strong client relationshipsRebooking and client retention
n
- Maintaining Lash Envy's high standards of presentation, hygiene and customer care
n

EXPERIENCE IS IMPORTANT

Unlike some of our training positions, this particular role is designed for an experienced artist.

n

Successful applicants will be invited to meet with us and demonstrate their practical lash and/or brow skills as part of our recruitment process.

THE POSITION

Employment: Casual to commence, with the potential for increased hours and progression for the right person.

n

Locations currently recruiting: Oakleigh, Berwick, Brighton, Geelong, Mt Eliza, Moonee Ponds.

Exceptional candidates interested in our other salon locations are also encouraged to apply.

Availability: Applicants must have flexibility and be available for some evenings and Saturdays.
