Action Workforce is currently looking for reliable Warehouse Workers, Pick Packers and Freight Sorters to join our casual workforce across a range of sites.

n

We have a variety of opportunities available. Some roles offer full‐time hours across 5 or 6 days per week, while others are more casual and suited to people looking for flexible or additional work.

n

Shifts vary across our sites, with opportunities across early mornings, day shift, afternoon shift and night shift, so we probably have a job for you.

n

Roles can include

n

n
- Pick packing and order preparation
n
- Freight sorting
n
- RF scanning and voice picking
n
- Loading and unloading goods
n
- Sorting and organising stock
n
- General warehouse duties
n
- Manual handling
n
- Keeping work areas clean and safe
n
- Cold storage and freezer environments.
n
- Truck Driving roles
n
- Forklift - counter balance, reach, LO
n

What we're looking for

Above everything else, we need people who are reliable and ready to work.

You'll also need:

- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
n
- Ability to commit to your allocated shifts
n




- Good attitude and strong work ethic
n
- Safety-focused approach to work
n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
n
- Physical capability to complete manual and repetitive tasks
n
- Positive attention to detail
n
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes
n
- Previous warehouse experience is great, but isn't essential for every role.
n

Hours & Shifts

- Early morning, day, afternoon and night shifts
n
- 5 and 6 day rosters
n
- Roles offering full-time hours
n
- Casual and flexible shifts
n
- Short-notice/on-call opportunities
n
- Availability requirements will vary depending on the site, so let us know what days and hours you can genuinely commit to.
