The opportunity

We are currently seeking a Project Engineer to become a part of our team and collaborate on exciting projects across diverse sectors, including industrial, residential, and education.

n

Key responsibilities

n

As Project Engineer, you will oversee the construction delivery of several packages, taking charge of the progress from start to finish. Other responsibilities include:

n

n
- Manage subcontractors and service suppliers, ensuring that they are all operating efficiently to meet deadlines and quality standards.
n
- Develop and maintain construction programmes and schedules to ensure timely delivery of the project.
n
- Implement the procurement strategy to ensure that all materials are sourced efficiently, cost-effectively, and of the highest quality.
n
- Practice value engineering to continuously identify and implement cost-saving measures without sacrificing quality.
n
- Ensure that delivery exceeds project parameters for time, cost, customer satisfaction, quality, and HSE at all times.
n

In other words, you will be responsible for ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, with high-quality standards, and most importantly, ensuring that everyone involved stays protected.

About you

n

n
- You are a Project Engineer with at least 5 years of industry experience as well as well-rounded experience in similar roles on large building projects. You will also have:
n




- A relevant qualification in a field of study
n
- Extensive experience in a similar role on large building construction projects
n
- Experience in residential, education, or data center projects would be advantageous
n
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills that will enable you to interact with team members, subcontractors, and suppliers, as well as other stakeholders.
