What's the role?

Are you detail-driven and process-oriented with a knack for managing documentation and credit workflows? We're looking for a Settlements Coordinator to join our operations team, supporting the novated leasing process through to settlement—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency every step of the way.
n
This is a customer-facing role, ideal for someone who thrives in customer service, managing documentation, liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring all settlement processes are completed to the highest standard.
n
Key Responsibilities include:
n
n
- Prepare and issue finance and leasing documentation with precision and timelinessAttend to both inbound and outbound customer calls and emails
n
- Attend to both inbound and outbound customer calls and emails
n
- Manage the end-to-end novated lease settlement process, including responsibility for a pipeline of deals
n
- Liaise with customers, financiers, employers, and dealers to ensure all documentation is complete and compliant
n
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding documents to ensure timely settlements
n
- Ensure all data entry and system updates are accurate and aligned with compliance standards
n
- Collaborate with internal sales and operations teams to support seamless post-sale fulfilment
n
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all privacy and regulatory requirements
n
n
What you will bring:
n
n
- 1+ year experience in finance, or compliance-based role
n
- Proven Customer Service experience and ability
n
- Solid attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
n
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
n
- Familiarity with credit application processes or leasing documentation (preferred)
n
- Strong written communication skills and ability to work independently
n
- Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment
n
- Proficiency with internal systems and documentation workflows
n
n
