About The Role:
n Randstad has been engaged to recruit a talented Senior Project Manager. The client has a strong presence in the energy sector in Australia and has a strong pipeline of projects with a mix of substations, transmission lines, and renewable energy projects (wind, solar, BESS).As a Senior Project Manager you will:

n

n
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables
n
- Build & maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, sub-contractors, suppliers, and other project partners
n
- Prioritise quality, safety and HSEQ standards
n
- Provide technical and site leadership across engineering, procurement, and construction
n
- Lead projects from conception through to commissioning and handover
n
- Lead end-to-end project execution, project leadership
n

n

Experience:

n

n
- Proven expertise in project management in the energy sector (HV infrastructure, utilities, renewable energy)
n
- P&L; Accountability
n
- Proven experience delivering HV infrastructure and large-scale EPC projects.
n
- Experience managing sub-contractors, stakeholders, client relationships, contract management
n
- Strong commercial, analytical, and problem-solving skills
n
- Strong leadership abilities
n
- Ability to manage and deliver projects on time/budget
n
- Experience with grid connection, SCADA, commissioning activities, and other related activities
n

Qualifications:

n

- Degree in Engineering, Construction, or other closely related discipline
n
- 10+ years in Project Management
n
- Background in delivering large-scale utility and renewable energy projects
n
- Project Management certification highly desirable (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
n
