HGV Class 1 & Class 2 Drivers Wakefield Area

Pertemps are currently looking to speak with HGV Class 1 (C+E) and Class 2 (C) drivers for a variety of ongoing and upcoming opportunities across the Wakefield and surrounding areas.

Whats on offer

- Class 1 pay: £16.00 £22.00 per hour
n
- Class 2 pay: £14.00 £18.00 per hour
n
- Day and night shifts available
n
- Various start times to suit
n
- Flexible shift patterns (full-time, part time, weekends, tramping)
n

Types of work may include

n

n
- Trunking and RDC work
n
- General haulage
n
- Curtain sider work
n
- Some roles may involve manual handling/handball
n
- Load securing (e.g. strapping)
n

n

Requirements

n

n
- Valid HGV Class 1 or Class 2 licence
n
- Valid CPC & Digi Tacho card
n
- No more than 6 penalty points (no major endorsements)
n
- Minimum experience preferred but not essential for all roles
n

Salary: £16 – £23/hour
