The Quest Kelvin Grove, is a 4.5-star property located in Kelvin Grove, Brisbane, we are currently seeking a Casual Guest Services Assistant to join our team.

Previous experience in hospitality or hotel front office (preferred but not essential). Experience with sales would also be attractive.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures
n
- Handle reservations and booking enquiries
n
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
n
- Respond to guest requests and resolve issues in a timely manner
n
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping and management teams
n
- Assist with room inspections to ensure rooms meet hotel standards
n
- Help monitor and manage inventory and supplies
n
n
Requirements:
n
n
- Previous experience in hotel front desk or hospitality reception
n
- Familiar with hotel management systems (e.g. RMS or similar property management software)
n
- Strong communication and customer service skills
n
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
n
- Good computer skills and attention to detail
n
- Willingness to assist with room checks and inventory management when required
n
