As Practice Manager, you'll play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic. You'll work closely with our veterinarians, nurses and reception team to ensure exceptional patient care, efficient operations and a positive, supportive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

- Overseeing daily operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional client service
n
- Managing rostering, inventory, supplier relationships and financial processes
n
- Supporting and developing team members through leadership, training and regular staff reviews
n
- Maintaining compliance with veterinary industry standards and regulations
n
- Driving clinic performance through planning, reporting and continuous improvement
n
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective systems and processes
n

About you
n
n
- Previous experience in veterinary, medical or allied health practice management (preferred) or at least five years of veterinary nursing experience in a senior role
n
- Strong leadership, communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
n
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
n
- Proficiency with practice management software and business administration
n
- A client-focused mindset and a passion for animal welfare
n
- Confidence making decisions and the ability to work independently
