An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Program Manager / Delivery Lead to lead the delivery of a large-scale ICT infrastructure and site fit-out program within a Federal Government environment.

n

The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of multiple ICT uplift initiatives across a geographically dispersed portfolio of sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to strategic business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead the delivery of ICT infrastructure and technology fit-out projects across multiple locations.
n
- Manage project scope, schedules, risks, issues and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes.
n
- Coordinate and oversee project managers, technical teams, vendors and delivery partners.
n
- Develop and maintain detailed delivery plans, project schedules and reporting artefacts.
n
- Drive stakeholder engagement across business, technical and governance forums.
n
- Define, track and report on project benefits and benefits realisation activities.
n
- Facilitate workshops, resolve delivery challenges and manage competing priorities.
n
- Monitor delivery performance and implement corrective actions where required.
n
- Prepare executive-level reporting, briefings, status updates and governance materials.
n




- Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with government frameworks and organisational standards.
n
- Proven experience developing and managing integrated delivery plans across multiple projects, locations or workstreams.
n
- Solid scheduling and coordination capabilities, including management of resource constraints and competing priorities.
n
- Ability to identify delivery risks, manage interdependencies and implement recovery plans where required.
n
- Experience tracking progress against milestones and ensuring successful delivery outcomes.

Essential Skills & Experience ICT Infrastructure Project Delivery

n

n
- Demonstrated experience delivering ICT infrastructure, technology refresh, site uplift, network or fit-out projects within large and complex environments.
n
- Experience managing end-to-end project delivery involving infrastructure upgrades, connectivity, workplace technology and end-user computing solutions.
n
- Exposure to audio-visual and video conferencing remediation or uplift projects will be highly regarded.
n
- Proven experience defining, measuring and reporting project benefits and benefits realisation outcomes.
n

Desirable Experience

n

n
- Experience working within Federal Government environments.
n
- Understanding of government governance, reporting and assurance processes.
n
- Relevant project management certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, MSP or Agile qualifications..
