Job Description

- Supervise site project work in line with operating requirements
n
- Provide in office coordination of projects
n
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials and equipment
n
- Ensure specifications are strictly followed
n
- Ensure work proceeds safely and on schedule and on time
n
- Conduct daily communications with Contractors to ensure work goals are met
n
- Assist with development and delivery of shift prestart meetings
n
- Conduct Statutory Workshop Inspections and assist work scope planning
n
- Suggest changes to working conditions and equipment use to improve efficiency and safety
n
- Interpret company policies for the project team and enforce safety regulations
n
- Ensure work is carried out within budgeted parameters
n
- Identify required skills and ensure availability
n
- Diagnose and test malfunctioning equipment in line with OME guidelines
n
- Report to the Construction Superintendent
n

Requirements

n

n
- Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience
n
- Current 'C' class Drivers Licence
n
- Ability to work in a team environment, promoting company values
n
- Experience with computerised maintenance management systems and planning
n
- VOC in Vehicle Hygiene
n
- Competent Person Appointment – Plant inspector
n
