The role
n

- A genuine leadership position, not a delivery seat
n
- Take ownership of the client services side of the business, freeing the founder to focus on growth of the business.
n
- Oversee a small, capable team of senior and mid-level project managers
n
- Help close the gap between senior PM and director-level oversight
n
- Play a direct role in shaping the business as it scales
n
- Work across multi-million-dollar university and institutional builds and sensitive federally funded social infrastructure projects.
n

What you'll bring
n
n
- 10+ years' experience, with at least five years of that being on with a project management consultancy.
n
- Senior-level, end-to-end project delivery experience, ready to step into strategic oversight and people leadership.
n
- Institutional, government, or major corporate client-side experience highly regarded.
n
- Comfort operating in a lean, fast-moving business with real influence on direction.
n
- Capability and drive matter to make a real difference.
n
