Join a small, close-knit Sydney office as Administrator for a well-established faith-based not-for-profit. This is a varied, hands-on admin role. you'll be the connector between information coming in from African countries and the agencies and creatives who bring it to life, while also keeping donor records and the office running smoothly day to day.

Full Australian working rights are essential - this role is only open to Australian Citizens, Australian Permanent Residents, or New Zealand Citizens (no visa sponsorship available).

About the role

n

You'll act as the go-between for content coming from African countries, gathering the information, stories and updates needed for articles and communications - and passing it through to the agency, copywriters and graphic designers who turn it into finished collateral.

n

You won't be writing or designing this yourself; you're the coordinator making sure the right information gets to the right people, on time.

n

Alongside this:

n

n
- You'll manage donor and funder relationships
n
- Keep the CRM/supporter database accurate and up to date
n
- Take care of general office administration, supplies, collateral coordination, correspondence
n
- Day-to-day running of a small office.
n

n

What you'll bring

n

n
- An understanding of, or alignment with, the Christian faith and the organisation's mission
n
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with experience coordinating between multiple stakeholders
n
- A good working understanding of CRM systems is needed
n
- Comfortable liaising with external agencies, copywriters and graphic designers
n




- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and Word
n
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
n
- A self-starter who's comfortable working independently in a small office environment
n
- Confidence communicating with senior management and external partners
n
