We are seeking a motivated and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing customer support, technical and disciplinary leadership, maintenance planning and performance activities. The role involves coordinating site‑specific maintenance operations, ensuring effective implementation, control, and continuous improvement of maintenance services.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring customer satisfaction on the basis of the agreed targets for the maintenance unit (e.g. system availability, quality, costs, budgets, organisational performance)
- Ongoing communication and coordination with the customer to determine their satisfaction, clarify and resolve complaints and, if necessary, identify new customer requirements for the organisation and services of the maintenance unit (incl. escalation management)
- Overall disciplinary and technical management of the maintenance team
- Implementation and optimisation of the agreed maintenance strategies in compliance with legal and HSE guidelines as well as customer‑related performance and behavioural specifications (e.g. information, quality, cleanliness, order)
- Ongoing performance monitoring of the services performed using reports / key figures (e.g. performance costs, number and causes of system malfunctions, identification of cost‑intensive systems / maintenance measures)
About You
- Degree from a university or university of applied sciences with a focus on technology or business
- Completed specialised training in a technical profession
- Proven management experience of at least 3 years in the areas of responsibility "Maintenance / Service / Engineering / Technology"
- Proven professional experience of at least 5 years in the areas of "Maintenance / Service / Engineering / Technology"
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
