Interior Health is seeking a Shift Coordinator to join the team at East Kootenay Regional Hospital in Cranbrook, BC. This relief part time position involves rotating day and night shifts (07:15–19:15 and 19:15–07:15) with an anticipated end date of April 24, 2027, or until the incumbent returns.

The Shift Coordinator will manage patient placement, bed utilization and weekend-evening-night staffing, acting as a clinical resource for staff.
