Job Description

Your opportunity to join our team:

As the Storesperson, you will be part of our Primary Processing team based at Bolivar. You will join an established team who thrive on collaboration and take pride in ensuring our products areAlways Good!

In this role, you will be supporting our business by ensuring the receiving of goods, sorting, checking stock against delivery dockets, distribution and recording of goods, ingredients, materialsas well as loading and unloading materials. Ensure and manage stock control levels, for sustainable operations

Typically the working hours will be Dayshift on an8-hour shift between 5am till 1pm, Monday to Friday. However some flexibility to be available to work an Afternoon shift from 1pm to 9.06pm is required. You will be able to enjoy some flexibility in your work hours while having the security of a full-time role at a stable company.

Daily Tasks:

- Receiving, sorting, checking stock against delivery dockets, distribution and recording of goods, ingredients, materials
- Loading and unloading of raw material
- Responsible for managing all functions of stock,sparesand equipment
- Label and manage stock control levels, for sustainable operations
- Maintaining an effective, Optimal and Protected Stores Management System and Organisation
- Receive, Store, Issue and Record the traceability of all Raw Materials, Fluids, Equipment, Spares, Tools, PPE, Consumables, and Client provided Materials on Ingham’s Site
- Good organisation skills in storing stock and material in a clean, organised and safe manner
- Keeping yard and working areas clean,tidyand safe and maintaininga high levelof housekeeping
- Weekly stocktakes
- Control and manage any incorrect or damaged goods
- Safely pack and wrap shipments asrequired
- Follow quality procedures, and processes through instruction and monitoring
- Liaise with Quality Assurance team to ensure compliance




- Identifyany hazards that mayimpactquality or food safety concerns
- Initiate corrective actionifresultshave not met the standards
- Liaise with Suppliers/ Transport Companies/ Couriers asrequired

You will bring to this role:

- Forklift Licence plus sound Forklift operation experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- An ability to work in alogical andstructuredmanner, excellentrecord-keeping, and a disciplined approach todatamanagement andfiling
- Previousexperience in a Stores/Warehouse Environment
- Ability to take the initiative anddemonstrateCommitment and Ownership to the Stores Domain
- Committed and dedicated to Assigned Activities by the Company
- Understanding of MS Office isadvantageous
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communicationwith the ability tothink outside the box
- Experience from Poultry or food manufacturing facility or FMCG industry isadvantageous
- Time Management and ability to meet strict deadlines
- Ability to work in a team and autonomously
