We are looking for a Qualified Carpenter to join the team, specialising in the installation, maintenance, repair and compliance of fire doors across commercial and industrial sites throughout the Brisbane metro area.

THE ROLE
n
You will be responsible for:
n
n
- Installation and replacement of fire doors and associated hardware
n
- Fire door repairs, adjustments and maintenance
n
- Door and frame inspections
n
- Installation of hinges, closers, locks and fire seals
n
- Rectification and compliance works
n
- Fault finding and identifying required repairs
n
- Completing service reports and documentation
n
- Working with customers, site teams and other technicians
n
n
ABOUT YOU
n
The successful candidate will have:
n
n
- Certificate III in Carpentry / Qualified Carpenter
n
- Strong hands-on carpentry experience
n
- Experience with doors, frames or hardware highly regarded
n
- Good understanding of construction and safe work practices
n
- Solid attention to detail and quality workmanship
n
- Good communication and customer service skills
n
- Current driver's licence
n
- White Card
n
n
Fire-door experience is highly regarded but not essential, with training provided for the right candidate.
n
