Serco is seeking an IT Asset & EUC Support Officer to deliver responsive End User Computing support and manage the lifecycle of IT assets across Serco ASPAC. You will work with the DTS team and stakeholders to ensure reliable, secure technology services and asset governance.
You will provide first and second level EUC support, manage incidents from logging to resolution, and assist with device deployments and asset tracking, in a role that emphasizes service quality and continuous improvement.
