About the Role

This is an exciting prospect to join a high-performing technology team delivering enhancements across a complex Salesforce environment. Working closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners and business stakeholders, you'll be responsible for planning and executing test activities, validating new functionality and ensuring high-quality releases across multiple workstreams. You'll play a key role throughout the software delivery lifecycle, contributing to test planning, test case development, execution, defect management and production readiness within an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute test plans, test cases and test scripts.
n
- Perform functional, integration, regression and user acceptance testing.
n
- Validate Salesforce configuration, custom development and integrations.
n
- Execute API and data validation testing where required.
n
- Record, track and manage defects through to resolution.

- Work closely with development teams to ensure quality throughout delivery.
n
- Support release activities and post-deployment validation.
n
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and documentation.
n

Skills & Experience

n

n
- Commercial experience as a QA/Test Analyst within Salesforce environments.
n
- Experience testing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and/or Experience Cloud.
n
- Strong understanding of the software testing lifecycle.
n
- Experience with Jira and Agile delivery methodologies.
n
- Ability to write clear test cases and defect reports.
n
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills.
n
- API testing experience (Postman or similar) will be highly regarded.
n
- ISTQB certification is advantageous.
n
