About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Designer / Senior Architect to joinour Infrastructure team in our Adelaide Studio and contribute to the deliveryof high-quality projects, with a particular focus on data centre design,production, detailed documentation and peer review. In this role, you'llundertake detailed architectural and technical work with minimal supervision,leading or assisting in project delivery while ensuring positive design,client, team, and financial outcomes.

- Partner with the project teamto understand client needs, liaising directly with clients and contractorsas required
- Contribute to the delivery ofprojects and project packages on time
- Ensuring the project leaderis informed of all technical or design aspects of the job to perform theirrole
- Recommend technical documentproduction for projects
- Manage delivery of approvedtechnical and design document production
- Execute the performancemanagement process
- Role model Architectusculture and values
- Attend and provide valuedinput at management meetings
- Input and perform networkdevelopment, knowledge management, employee mentoring, operationalimprovement and design review processes initiatives

We look forward to welcoming a talented senior technician / designer whopossesses and experienced with the following to join our team. Ideally you will have:

- Data centre experience ispreferred but not essential.Relevant complex building experience with heavy servicescoordination such as laboratories, advanced manufacturing, rail oraviation will be looked at favourably
- Extensive technical experiencetaking projects from concept through to IFC.
- Excellent technical anddocumentation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Revitand AutoCAD.
- The ability to developcreative yet practical design and technical solutions.
- A strong understanding ofarchitectural documentation and coordination requirements.
- Excellent communication andcollaboration skills.
- Experience mentoring orsupporting junior team members.
