- Title: 1st Class Welder / Pipe Fitter

Scope

n

You'll be working within an experienced team between Perth and Kalgoorlie and be responsible for welding and installing MSCL pipelines to the highest quality and safety standards. This is a great chance for qualified tradespeople looking for consistent project work!

Duties will include

n

n
- TIG welding carbon steel pipe
n
- Welding and installing MSCL pipelines
n
- Full welds along the outside /smaller welds on the inside of the pipe
n
- General welding duties associated with the pipeline installation
n

n

Required Experience & Qualifications

n

n
- Cert III Engineering – Fabrication Trade (MEM31922)
n
- Proven TIG welding experience
n
- Innershield welding experience
n
- Experience working on 700 OD MSCL pipe
n
- Ability to pass a practical TIG weld test
n




- Experience with MSCL pipeline installation - highly regarded
n
- Carbon steel welding experience - Highly regarded
n
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence
n
- White Card
n
- Confined Space Entry
n
- National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain)
n

Previous pipeline or major infrastructure experience highly regarded. Long-term opportunities available for experienced welders who meet the above requirements.
