Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Facade Foreman to join a high-performing project team delivering a landmark residential development on the Gold Coast North.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established project and oversee the successful delivery of the building facade from installation through to completion.

n

About the Role

n

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

n

n
- Managing all facade works including cladding, glazing, precast, and associated trades
n
- Coordinating subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely and on programme
n
- Monitoring quality and ensuring facade installations meet project specifications
n
- Planning and coordinating facade sequencing with the Site Manager and project team
n
- Conducting site inspections and managing defect rectification
n




- Maintaining high standards of safety, productivity, and workmanship
n
- Building strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Proven experience as a Facade Foreman on medium to high-rise residential or commercial projects
n
- Robust understanding of facade systems, sequencing, and installation methodologies
n
- Excellent leadership and subcontractor management skills
n
- Commitment to safety, quality, and programme delivery
n
- Ability to coordinate multiple trades in a fast-paced environment
n
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
n
