APG Workforce is seeking up to 2 Moba Operators to join a busy egg grading and production facility in Llandilo.

- $33.11 per hour + ongoing, stable work
- Hands-on machinery & production role
- Supportive team environment with opportunity to grow

You’ll work on the Egg Grading Floor , operating and adjusting the Moba egg grader, keeping production running efficiently and coordinating the grading team.





What you’ll do

- Operate and adjust the Moba egg grader
- Monitor production and make machine adjustments
- Coordinate and supervise grading floor staff
- Follow QA, food safety and WHS procedures
- Complete basic production and stock reconciliations
- Communicate production requirements with the team

What we’re looking for...

We’re interested in candidates with experience as a Machine Operator, Production Operator, Manufacturing Operator, Food Production Operator, Processing Operator or Team Leader.

You’ll need to be:

- Reliable and hardworking
- Comfortable working around machinery
- Confident in a fast-paced production workplace
- Strong with basic maths and attention to detail
- Comfortable coordinating a team

Moba experience is highly desirable, but relevant machinery/production experience will be considered.
