Automotive Parts Interpreter & Warehouse Coordinator

Salary: $70,000–$75,000 + superannuation, depending on experience

About the Role

n

We are a Brisbane-based automotive parts business seeking an experienced and reliable Automotive Parts Interpreter & Warehouse Coordinator.

n

This is a hands‐on role combining independent warehouse management, automotive parts identification, and face‐to‐face retail customer service.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

1. Warehouse and Inventory Management

n

n
- Independently manage daily warehouse operations and optimise storage locations and parts organisation
n
- Receive, check, label and store incoming automotive parts
n
- Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stocktakes and resolve stock discrepancies
n
- Monitor stock levels and report replenishment requirements
n

n

2. Order Processing and Customer Service

n

n
- Accurately identify and locate parts using vehicle make, model, year, VIN, part number or customer requirements
n
- Pick, pack and dispatch online orders
n
- Handle customer orders, returns,



exchanges and after‐sales enquiries
n

n

3. Coordination and Warehouse Maintenance

n

n
- Coordinate orders and inventory matters with suppliers and internal team members
n
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse and retail area
n
- At least two years of experience in automotive parts or a related industry
n
- Previous warehouse management, inventory control or storeperson experience
n
- Ability to manage warehouse duties independently with limited supervision
n
- Strong face‐to‐face customer service and retail sales skills
n
- Good computer and administrative skills
n
- Physically fit and able to safely lift and move automotive parts
n
- Reliable, punctual, organised and responsible
n
