We are seeking a Registered Nurse for our Mornington Home to work Permanent Part Time shifts. This role is to cover a Maternity Leave Cover for a period of 6months.

About your role

n

As a Registered Nurse, you will work at the frontline with our residents where you will support positive outcomes for our residents. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring our residents well-being and delivering care is to the highest standard.

n

Key responsibilities

n

n
- Co-ordinate professional care practices according to individual care plans and documented policies and procedures
n
- Safe administration of medication
n
- Maintaining clinical documentation
n




- Adhere to national standards and legal requirements
n
- Engage with residents on a daily basis
n

n

About You

n

n
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
n
- Previous experience in Aged Care
n
- Robust understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and regulations
n
- Knowledge of AN-ACC funding and assessments
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Confidence using electronic clinical systems and documentation platforms
n
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
n
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
n
