Due to rapid growth and skyrocketing deal volumes, we are looking for an ambitious, detail-orientated Credit Analyst to join our fun and high-performing team. The Opportunity

As the Credit Analyst, you will be a vital part of the client journey from the initial discovery phase right through to lodgment. You will ensure our clients are set up for success by providing high-quality analysis and strategic lending support.

Key responsibilities:

- Assisting the Principal Mortgage Broker in understanding the credit capabilities and borrowing power of our clients
- Preparing comprehensive initial credit assessments for the broker prior to client meetings
- Assisting clients and the Principal Broker directly with any complex credit-related enquiries
- Working collaboratively alongside our dedicated on-site client service support team, who handle lodgments and ongoing client relations from start to finish
- Reviewing credit submissions meticulously before final lodgment to ensure precision and compliance




- Stay abreast of any changes in compliance policy or regulation

Skills & Experience Required

To be successful in this role, you will have a passion for delivering a 5-star experience and a strong background in lending.

- Experience: Proven experience as a Credit Assessor or Credit Analyst assisting with mortgage broking-related credit enquiries, initial client credit assessments and final credit lodgments
- Industry Background: Previous experience within mortgage broking, banking, or the broader financial services sector is essential
- Drive & Autonomy: You are self-motivated, highly analytical and possess exceptional attention to detail
- Client-First Mindset: You bring a polished, professional approach that reflects our elite local reputation and high brand standards
