What You'll Do
- Lead the breakfast service ensuring high quality fresh meals are ready for the community
- Demonstrate emotional intelligence by actively listening to resident feedback, respecting preferences, and showing patience with those experiencing cognitive decline.
- Apply practical problem-solving to adapt meals seamlessly for resident dietary needs or food refusal, maintaining smooth service.
- Manage the morning kitchen setup and production with total efficiency and speed
- Maintain elite food safety and hygiene standards during the busy breakfast window
- Provide warm and qualified service to residents and staff to start their day right
- Assist with morning prep and stock rotation to set the kitchen up for success

- A trade qualified Chef who loves the energy of breakfast service and early starts
- A reliable self starter who never misses an alarm and takes pride in being punctual
- Someone who can handle high volume breakfast orders while maintaining calm and quality
