Lizard Island Resort within the Delaware North Australia & Current Zealand portfolio is seeking a Commis Chef to support senior chefs in crafting dishes in a high-volume, vibrant kitchen. You’ll help ensure quality, consistency, and beautiful presentation while adhering to food safety standards.

Ideal candidates have a Level 3 Cookery certificate (and a Food Safety certificate) or are willing to obtain them on onboarding, plus experience in a la carte or function service.
