Description

Our Atherton team is seeking a strategic, passionate Asset Management Officer – Precincts to join the Strategic Assets department on a full time, permanent basis.

n

Under the direction of the Manager and in conjunction with SAAM, you will develop systems and promote a systematic framework for the collection, retention, analysis, and reporting of TRC's assets, with a particular focus on facilities and open space. A key component is leading change management across corporate and operational levels to embed asset management as business-as-usual.

Salary and benefits

- Base salary package from $98,896.80 p.a. ($3,803.72 per fortnight)
n
- Locality allowances (if eligible)
n
- 72.5 hours per fortnight with flexible arrangements and RDO incentive
n
- 5 weeks annual leave with 17.5% leave loading
n
- 12% employer superannuation contribution
n
- Pro-rata long service leave after 7 years
n
- Uniforms & PPE supplied
n
- Hearing checks, flu shots & skin checks (subject to availability)
