Job Description

Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist in the Department of Medicine of the Elderly. You will provide expert clinical pharmacy support to elderly care services across CUH, optimise medicines use and improve outcomes for older patients with complex medical needs.
