We are seeking an Administration Officer to join our Finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid administration skills who is keen to learn, develop and build a career across accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchasing, stock and freight administration.

About the Role
n
Working closely with the Finance team, you will provide general administrative support while progressively learning a range of finance and operational processes.
n
General Administration
n
n
- Provide administrative support to the Finance team
n
- Complete accurate data entry and maintain records
n
- Process price list information
n
- Prepare and file shipping documents, delivery notes and other paperwork
n
- Manage emails, filing and general correspondence
n
- Assist with other administrative duties as required
n
n
Finance & Accounts - Training Provided
n
n
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
n
- Process invoices, credit notes, customer receipts and supplier payments
n
- Check pricing,
part codes and invoices for accuracy
n
- Assist with supplier queries, discrepancies and reconciliations
n
- Process freight-related invoices and documentation
n
- Assist with supplier setup, expense claims and credit card reconciliations
n
- Support month-end processes and maintain accurate ERP records
n
n
About You
n
We are looking for someone who is:
n
n
- Has previous administration experience and enjoys keeping things organised (previous accounts experience advantageous but not essential)
n
- Is reliable, detail-focused and takes pride in getting things right
n
- Is confident with data entry, numbers and computer systems
n
- Communicates naturally and enjoys building relationships with suppliers and internal teams
n
- Can juggle competing priorities without losing sight of the details
n
- Is a proactive team player who is happy to pitch in and get things done
n
- Is curious, eager to learn and excited about developing a long-term career in finance
n
