Optimum Health Solutions is seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team across NSW and Tasmania. You will conduct assessments, develop high-quality Behaviour Support Plans, and deliver evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support in clinic, home, community and school settings.
You will work with children, adolescents and adults with complex needs, collaborating with families and carers, to improve quality of life and community participation.
