As the Inventory Coordinator – My Touring, you'll play a pivotal role in managing, analysing, and optimising contracted inventory across a diverse touring portfolio. Working closely with Product, Commercial, Sales, Finance, and Operations teams, you'll provide visibility into inventory performance, identify risks and opportunities, and help drive smarter business decisions.

- Coordinate and maintain contracted inventory across the My Touring portfolio, ensuring inventory records remain accurate across all systems and reporting platforms
n
- Monitor inventory commitments, utilisation, release deadlines, and inventory exposure, identifying risks and opportunities in partnership with Product Managers
n
- Consolidate inventory and sales data from multiple sources to produce accurate and timely performance reporting
n
- Prepare and distribute regular reporting on inventory utilisation, sales performance, passenger loads, forecast position, budget performance, and year-on-year trends
n
- Analyse booking patterns, sales trends, and inventory performance to provide commercial insights and recommendations that support decision-making
n
- Forecast inventory requirements using historical performance, seasonality, and current sales trends to support inventory planning and revenue optimisation
n
- Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Finance, Commercial, and Operations teams to provide inventory visibility, performance insights, and support budgeting and forecasting activities
n
- Drive continuous improvement through enhanced reporting, automation, business intelligence tools, and data governance practices, while contributing to a safe, inclusive,



and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive

Who you are:

n

n
- Previous experience in travel, tourism, inventory management, commercial analysis, or a related operational role
n
- Solid analytical capability with experience working with large and complex datasets
n
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, reporting, and data analysis
n
- Proven ability to interpret commercial performance data and identify trends and opportunities
n
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy
n
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholder groups
n
- Experience forecasting, analysing performance trends, and supporting commercial decision-making is highly regarded
n
