Big Truck Field Service Technician

Are you a skilled and experienced technician with a passion for large trucks and heavy machinery? All Lift Forklift & Access Equipment is seeking a highly motivated Big Truck Field Service Technician to join our dynamic team.

n

Responsibilities:

n

n
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of large trucks and heavy machinery, including container handlers, reach stackers, and large forklifts.
n
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems..
n
- Collaborate with the service team to provide exceptional customer support, addressing client inquiries and offering technical guidance.
n
- Keep accurate records of all service and repair activities, including parts used, labor hours, and work performed.
n

Requirements:

n

n
- Proven experience working with container handlers, reach stackers, and/or large forklifts.
n
- Strong background in auto electrical systems and hydraulic components.
n
- Familiarity with telehandlers, access equipment, wet brakes, and transmissions.
n




- Prior experience in the forklift industry is preferred.
n
- Ability to diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions.
n
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
n
- Strong communication skills to interact with both colleagues and customers.
n
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n
- A commitment to safety protocols and best practices.
n
- Flexibility to work in various environments, including in office field service.
n
- Experience in Forklifts, Trucks, Telehandlers, Access equipment (highly desirable)
