Wellways Australia is seeking a Casual PARC Recovery Worker in Bairnsdale to support short-stay, recovery-oriented residential care. You will engage with participants, work within a multidisciplinary team, and help run groups and activities on site.

The role offers access to development opportunities and requires flexibility for sleepovers, afternoons and weekends. Prior mental health or disability experience is valued.
