Job Description

- Lead the architecture and design of complex Pega applications and enterprise solutions.
n
- Define scalable, secure, and reusable Pega architecture aligned with business requirements.
n
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to Pega development teams.
n
- Review solution designs, application architecture, and code quality.
n
- Drive Pega best practices, performance optimization, and integration standards.
n
- Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
n
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide architectural recommendations.
n
- Mentor Senior System Architects and Pega developers.
n

Key Skills & Experience:

- Strong hands-on experience with Pega Platform / Pega Infinity.
n




- Robust experience in Pega architecture, application design, and enterprise integrations.
n
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, databases, messaging, and external system integrations.
n
- Strong understanding of Pega case management, workflows, security, and performance tuning.
n
- Experience working on large-scale enterprise or banking projects.
n
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.
n
