Anopportunity exists for a Site Administrator to joinour Project team at Kalkaroo as we safely undertake drilling activities and the Project pre-feasibility study.

The Site Administrator will provide administrative support to the Kalkaroo Site Manager and the entire site-based Project Team. In accordance with Sandfire's systems and processes, this role will be accountable for the establishment and ongoing management and continuous improvement of the site projects administration function.
n
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
n
n
- Establish and maintain site Project Team document management systems, including SharePoint file structures and document control processes in line with Company protocols.
n
- Maintain and validate site administration data in INX systems, including resident profiles, worker hours, contractor hazards, Take 5s and toolbox meeting records.
n
- Review and process Site Access Request Forms to ensure personnel meet minimum requirements and are authorised to enter site.
n
- Coordinate site mobilisation, travel and logistics for site-based and corporate Project team members, including rosters,
flights, hire vehicles and site visit support.
n
- Manage Project Team coordination activities, including calendars, priorities, meeting minutes, pre-starts, toolbox meetings and meeting records.
n
- Provide procurement, supplier and accounts administration support, including procurement liaison, supplier logistics, credit card reconciliations and invoice support.
n
- Collect, reconcile and maintain records for site deliveries and consumables, including delivery dockets, receipts, diesel, potable water and general transport records.
n
- Provide specialist administrative support for site-based project activities, including geology field activities, stakeholder engagement records and heritage monitor coordination.
n

About you
n
n
- A minimum of two years' experience providing administrative support preferably within the resources sector.
n
- Diploma in secretarial and/or business studies desirable.
n
- Strong interpersonal skills.
n
- Strong communication and analytical skills – both written and verbal.
n
- Operate with a high level of personal integrity.
n
- Experience using INX or similar software.
n
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
n
n
