Locum Occupational Therapist (Hospital) - $65-75/ hour plus accomm - Regional VIC

Looking for your next locum contract? This is a great opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a supportive multidisciplinary Allied Health team in a regional Victorian health service.

n

The Opportunity

n

Working across a varied generalist caseload, you'll provide OT services across inpatient, outpatient, rehabilitation and residential aged care settings.

n

Your caseload will include:

n

n
- Inpatient general medicine and orthopaedics
n
- Community outpatient clinics
n
- Rehabilitation groups, including orthopaedic and Falls & Balance programs
n
- Residential aged care assessments and reviews
n
- Working alongside and delegating to Allied Health Assistants
n
- Occasional autonomous/sole-practitioner work
n

n

This is an ideal contract for a confident clinician who enjoys variety and is comfortable working across different clinical settings.

About You

n

To be considered, you'll need:

n

n
- Current AHPRA registration as an OT
n
- Solid generalist physiotherapy experience
n
- Sound clinical assessment, treatment and decision-making skills
n
- Confidence managing a varied caseload with a level of autonomy
n
- Previous hospital, community or rural health experience- minimum 2 years
n
- Australian Working Rights- Working Holiday Visa's Welcome!
n
