We are currently working with a well-regarded mid-tier law firm in Melbourne that is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Associate to join its growing Commercial Litigation team. This is an excellent chance for a commercially minded litigator who is looking for quality work, genuine autonomy, strong client exposure and a supportive team environment.

About You

n

Ideally, you will have:

n

n
- 5+ years' post admission experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution
n
- Strong technical litigation and dispute resolution skills
n
- Experience managing matters autonomously from start to finish
n
- Experience across areas such as contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, insolvency related matters, debt recovery and general commercial disputes
n
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
n
- An interest in business development and developing your own professional network
n
- A genuine willingness to mentor and support junior lawyers
n

n

You'll be someone who enjoys working collaboratively but is equally comfortable taking ownership of your matters and dealing directly with clients.
