About the Role

As the Senior Warehouse Operator, reporting to the Victorian Warehouse Supervisor, you will assist in coordinating the day-to-day operations of the Victorian warehouse to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of all warehouse functions. You will also act in the role of the Warehouse Supervisor during periods of leave or other absences, ensuring continuity of operations. This role is perfect for someone eager to take the next step in their career and be part of a thriving national company, putting their skills and knowledge to work in a varied setting.

Working hours are from Monday-Friday – 6:30am-2:30pm.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate all warehouse functions for our Victorian Warehouse
- Temporarily assume the responsibilities of the Warehouse Supervisor when they are not available
- Pick and pack orders
- Follow instructions as directed by the warehouse supervisor
- Loading/unloading of trucks and staging Customer orders




- Unloading containers
- Co-ordinate staff in the warehouse in-line with planned activities
- Help resolve any arising warehouse problems or complaints
- Comply with OH&S; standards within the warehouse
- Maintain a clean warehouse
- Other duties as may be reasonably associated and expected with the position taking into consideration your skills and experience

Do you have what it takes?

Previous experience in a similar Warehouse role

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Proven experience in staff supervision

Forklift licence is essential

Computer literacy is essential

Thrive in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication skills; written and verbal

Strong problem-solving skills with solution driven outcomes

Knowledge of OH&S; procedures

The ability to build strong relationships across the business
